It's Chili Season!


Last weekend Dave and I made chicken chili for the first time and it was delicious and very simple.

2 cups chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 15 oz can peite diced tomatoes
1 jar salsa
3 cups chicken broth
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans
1 can great northern beans
1 teaspoon red pepper
any seasoning you like - I used Barbecue of the America's from Penzey's

Put in croc pot all afternoon and low.  Enjoy with delicious fresh baked bread.  A quick and easy meal sure to please.
